Any behaviour that disrupts operations, endangers other guests or staff, or violates applicable laws may result in immediate removal from the venue and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
3.3 Self-Exclusion and Exclusion Orders
Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion program administered by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) or any applicable provincial authority are prohibited from entering the gaming floor. Elements Casino Chilliwack cooperates with provincial self-exclusion programs and is required to enforce exclusion orders in accordance with regulatory obligations.
- Rewards Program Participation
